Bomber Re-supply Set 1/72

As the air war over occupied Europe progressively developed, so did the equipment used by the RAF and its Bomber Command. Specialist vehicles were introduced to supply arms and equipment to waiting machines and maintenance tasks were made easier through the introduction of specialised equipment.
The mechanization of these tasks and duties is well represented in this set. While not as glamorous as their flying counterparts, the contribution played by trucks, tractors, and vans, as well as the men that crewed them, cannot be forgotten, or underestimated.

A medida que la guerra aérea sobre la Europa ocupada se desarrollaba progresivamente, también lo hacía el equipamiento utilizado por la RAF y su Mando de Bombarderos. Se introdujeron vehículos especializados para suministrar armas y equipos a las máquinas en espera y se facilitaron las tareas de mantenimiento mediante la introducción de equipos especializados.
La mecanización de estas tareas y funciones está bien representada en esta serie. Aunque no tan glamurosos como sus homólogos voladores, la contribución desempeñada por camiones, tractores y furgonetas, así como por los hombres que los tripulaban, no puede olvidarse ni subestimarse.
