AK-Interactive offers to our customers, the option of Free Shipping for your purchase.
Listed below are the minimum purchase amount of AK-Interactive products to qualify for free shipping:
- Peninsula and Portugal: 30 euros
- Balearic Island, Canary Island & Ceuta/Melilla: 40 euros
- European Union: 70 euros
- Rest of the world: 180 euros
Once your cart has exceeded the indicated amounts, to enjoy the free-shipping you must to select the free shipping checkbox in step Checkout-02 page. Besides, if you need a special delivery, note at “customer’s notes” field on the same Checkout-02 page, which will be taken into account for the processing of your order.
- The orders which wont have a real contact telephone, AK-Interactive wont be responsible of them. This required field in the order is needed by the Courier service to contact with the owner of the order to delivery them.
- AK-Interactive reserves not to accept the ordered orders which contains its shipping address as P.O. BOX , therefore will cancel the orders which must be sent to P.O. BOX.
- AK-Interactive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel any order/account if anyone breaches our shipping or payment policies.
- If your order contains “Pre-Order product“, the complete order (all products) will shipped once the Pre-Order product will be available in stock (see the Pre-Order product release date at its product page).
- Worldwide shipping
- Orders can’t be modified once the order has been processed and paid it.
- All prices shown at www.ak-interactive.com are correct as long as there are no errors, therefore, AK reserves the option to modify or cancel the order once notified to the customer.
- Each modification during delivery time on shipping address has its associated additional cost, therefore any additional change / turn about the shipping address or contact information be charged to customer account before its delivery.
- 48 hours is the time to verify all the received order is fine.
- 14 natural days is the time to return the order/product. Once this time passed we will not accept the return owing to defective/spoiled products. Customer will assume the return cost.
- To claim any return, customer must facilitate us some photographs about the spoiled/ruined product to email@example.com
- All returned items must be an unused/unopened.
- All the taxes of returned products be charged to customer.
- All the shippings must contains the contact phone (required field data during checkout).
