GENERAL CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions of contratation (henceforth, Terms & Conditions) govern the selling-buying process of offered products by AK INTERACTIVE, S.L. (henceforth AK INTERACTIVE) in the available catalogue in its website www.ak-interactive.com These terms & conditions are binding for AK INTERACTIVE and the buyer (customer), conferring them a whole set of rights and obligations from the moment that customer agrees an order through this website. They are legally binding and knowledge by both parts, consequently its acceptance is essential to be able to formalize an order. Therefore, the customer should carefully read these terms & conditions. Heading to the different clauses are merely informative and do not affect, qualify or encourage interpretation of the general conditions.
These terms & conditions are regulated in compliance with the legal norm in force.

CUSTOMER
It will be considered “customer” every user of website www.ak-interactive.com who places an order and gives the acceptance of the same by the time of its realization.
The Customer does not need to register on the website to do the shopping, they are able to do them as a guest. However, it is recommended to register in order to get different advantages like our AK points and fidelity campaigns and all order displayed information. The Customer shall inform as a compulsory requirement the following data to place an order: name and forenames o trade name, CIF/NIT/TAX ID/VAT Nº, billing address, shipping address, telephone and mail.
These data will be used in accordance with Conditions of access and Terms of Use of the web page (section “Legal Notice”) and the section “Privacy notice”.
2. SUBJECT OF CONTRACT
Govern the online sale and purchase of the products offered by AK INTERACTIVE in its Web page on the part of Customer.
3. OFFER PROCESS
Each product has a sheet in which is specified the description and its sale price with Taxes included.
The final acquisition price or its shipment costs may vary depending on destination area. It is due to the costs are able to vary based on geographical zone. In any case, once the customer indicates the delivery address and payment method, the web page will offer the exactly price. Anyway, before accepting an order, the Customer will be informed of all existing costs and exactly prices.
AK-Interactive offers Free Shipping to all those customers who fulfill a minimum order as follows:

Under free shipping terms, a supplement for bulky/overweight parcels above 5 kg will apply in countries outside the EU and also the following EU members: Greece, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria,Cyprus and Malta.
Once your shopping cart meets the listed amounts, you will need to select the free-shipping checkbox within the Checkout-02 page/step. In addition, if you need to mention anything related to delivery or have any special request, please use the “customer’s notes” field on the same Checkout-02 page, which will be taken into account when processing your order.
The minimum amount (subtotal amount) set up by AK-Interactive to finish your web-order is 12 euros. **Important: If your cart does not reach this amount, you will not be able to finish your order**
We do not have a scheduled shipping service, therefore our warehouses will not be able to receive your order to hold/delay the delivery shipment under your request date by your side. Please make sure you are available to receive the order on the dates promised by our system.
Once your order is placed, there is a time frame to cancel the order until it starts being handled by our warehouse staff. This can be done through “My Accounts/orders”. Once the processing status changes, the cancellation option will disappear and orders could not be cancelled. Please keep in mind that orders cannot be modified or combined once they are placed. If you need to modify the content of your order, please cancel the existing one and place a new order with the correct items and quantities.
All vouchers / discount coupon that are 2 years old or older will automatically expire in relation to the date (day, month and year) on which you read these terms of sale.
The final price is shown in the web page by the time of ordering, once a payment method and delivery address are stablished.
AK-Interactive will not be responsible for orders not containing a real contact telephone / email contact. This required field in the order is needed by the courier service to contact the customer to deliver the parcel.
AK-Interactive reserves the right not to accept orders addressed to a P.O. BOX and they could be cancelled.
AK-Interactive reserves the right to deny the service or cancel an order/account to anyone breaching our shipping or payment policies and good will.
If your order contains a “Pre-Order product “, the complete order (all products together) will be shipped once the Pre-Order product is available in stock (please check the Pre-Order product release date at its product page). Pre-Orders can not be cancelled at any time.
Orders can’t be modified once they have been processed and paid. Please make sure to include all the products you need and place a single order for all of them. We won’t be able to combine or alter orders once they are placed. If your order has not changed its status and our warehouse staff has not started preparing it yet, you will have the option to cancel it from “My Account/Orders” and you will be able to place a new and correct order.
All published prices in www.ak-interactive.com are in euro and taxes are included. Incorrect prices will be updated as soon as the mistake will be detected. AK INTERACTIVE reserves the right to modify prices in any moment and modify or cancel any order which have products with incorrect price by previously notice to the customer and offering a friendly alternative for both parts for the sake of its resolution.
Sales made by natural or legal persons domiciled in any of the EU countries will be subject to VAT. Purchases made by people liable for VAT established in any of the countries will be exempt when they previously send and by any written means a copy of a tax identification number that accredits as a valid intra-community operator according to the VIES system. Purchases made by people, both natural and comfortable, resident in countries not members of the European Union, the Canary Islands or Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT: Any customs expenses that could be accrued by the transport of products from the country of origin to that of destination will be in charge of the Client if the opposite has not been agreed.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
It occurs at the moment in which the Customer gives his express consent to the order placed, and after the acceptance of the General Conditions.
At the time of activating the order, the client formalizes a purchase contract for the selected product with AK INTERACTIVE, acquiring the rights and commitments established in the applicable regulations and those set forth in these general contracting conditions.
5. PAYMENT OF ORDERS
The moment in which the payment is made is when the purchase is materialized and the order is duly registered.
AK INTERACTIVE will make available to the client different secure payment methods, among which are:
- Payment by visa / master card

- BIZUM system.
AK INTERACTIVE can expand or reduce the number of payment methods at any time.
AK INTERACTIVE does not accept any other payment methods other than those mentioned above.
The customer will select the payment method chosen from those available at the time of purchase.
- Payment by credit card:
The customer can choose to pay by credit card, performing the operation at the time of order. Only Visa and Mastercard protected by Verified Visa are accepted. If the customer’s card is not registered by Verified, they should check with their bank or savings bank to be able to register it.
- Pay-pal system:

- Bizum system:
The customer can choose to pay by BIZUM, performing the operation at the time of order. If the customer’s BIZUM is not registered by its bank, they should check with their bank or savings bank to be able to register it.
6. DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS
The delivery times of the orders depend on the geographical location of the delivery of the order:
- For the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the delivery will be made in a period of 5-7 days door to door service.
- For the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, delivery will be made in a period of 3-5 days door to door service (customs included).
- Fot the Canary Islands, delivery will be made within a period of 5-7 days, door to door service (customs included).
- For pickup at the AK Museum store (only available for Spain), the processing time will be within 24 hours from the finishing-payment of the order. Next day picking.
- Rest of Europe delivery will be made in a period of 48-72 hours.
- Rest of the world, delivery will depend on the restrictions of the country of destination.
However, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation and will only empower the Customer to cancel the order when the circumstances described in the ‘RETURNS’ section of these conditions occur. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the Client in his order is without effect. Both parties expressly exclude the exercise of any claim for loss of profit.
Orders will be delivered by transport company to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the person who has established themselves as the recipient.
In addition to the delivery note, a purchase invoice will be delivered to the Customer with each order, either within the shipping packaging, or together with the product sent. In some cases, it will be sent via email.
If you want to track your recent order once your order has been processed and sent from our Warehouses (at this point, you will have received an automatic email from our system informing you of this procedure), you can track it through of the tracking id number that you will find at your registered user account. More exactly at My account / orders, and on to your recent order you will check the tracking number under Tracking information section.

If the invoice is missing, the Client may request it by email to the address customerservice@ak-interactive.com, indicating the name of the invoice holder and the order number, and it will be sent to the indicated email address.
In the event that any order suffers any impediment or impediment in the processing, AK INTERACTIVE will contact the client through the email indicated in the order in question. Please, check your email at least 24/48 hours after placing your order
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
The legal guarantee framework (RDL 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws) aims to provide the Client with different options for demand the reorganization when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless this is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, the consumer may demand a price reduction or the termination of the contract. A period of two years is recognized, from the moment of purchase, so that the Customer can make these rights effective (provided that the product has manufacturing defects and not due to mere wear and tear) and a period of three years, also counted from the moment of purchase, so that you can exercise, where appropriate, the appropriate legal actions. In any case, the guarantee of the brand or manufacturer will be applied.
To be able to face this guarantee, the Client must contact AK INTERACTIVE by email at the address customerservice@ak-interactive.com in which they will indicate: name of the order holder, order number, invoice number and cause of nonconformity.
Warranty cases will not be accepted when the products have been used improperly or not in accordance with their characteristics by the Customer.
For all aspects of the commercial guarantee referred to in article 123 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the content in Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
8. RETURNS
14 calendar days after delivery of the order by the carrier is the period that the customer is recognized to return an order. It is the time limit to proceed with any return of orders or products. Once this time has ended, no returns will be accepted. The customer must communicate any return within the times indicated above by contacting AK INTERACTIVE to provide information about the return. The cost associated with the return – without prior error in delivery / order by AK INTERACTIVE will be borne by the customer.
The Customer is given the right to withdraw from the order, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Outside this period, order revocations will not be accepted, nor will orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, that have been unsealed and / or used by the Client. The Client must communicate their withdrawal to AK INTERACTIVE, through the Withdrawal Form, by email or postal mail within that period of 14 days.
The cost of return shipments will be borne by the Customer. To proceed with the exchange or return, the products must be in the same conditions in which you received them, with the original packaging and cannot have been used.
The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used by the Client.
9. NOTIFICATIONS
For the purposes of notifications, requirements and writings of any kind to which this contract gives rise, the address of AK-INTERACTIVE will be understood as the one indicated in these General Conditions.
10. VALIDITY OF THE CLAUSES
Even if the invalidity or unenforceability of a clause of this contract or one of its parts is rendered, the rest of the clauses or its parts will continue to be valid and will remain in force.
11. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
These General Conditions are governed by current Spanish regulations, and specifically by: Civil Code, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 7/1996 of January 15 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Directive 2000/31 CE of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 8, relative to certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular commerce electronic in the internal market (Directive on electronic commerce); Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce; and the regulations that develop them.
12. COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Law 5/2013, of April 12, for the defense of consumers in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, there are claim forms available to our Clients at the address of AK INTERACTIVE
13. JURISDICTION
The use of this web portal as well as the product purchase contracts through said web page will be governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy that may arise in relation to the aforementioned will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If the Client is contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights recognized as such by current legislation.
14. EXTRAJUDICIAL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In compliance with article 14.1 of Regulation 524/2013 regarding conflict resolution, we inform the Client that they can go to the ODR Platform for online conflict resolution:
