DELIVERY INFORMATION

AK-Interactive offers Free Shipping to all those customers who fulfill a minimum order as follows:

Listed below are the minimum purchase amount of AK-Interactive products to qualify for free shipping:

  • Peninsular Spain and Portugal: From 30 euros
    • Balearic IslandCanary Island & Ceuta/Melilla: From 45 euros
  • European Union: From 80 euros.
    • Ex. Cyprus & Malta: From 140 euros.
  • Rest of the world: From 195 euros.
    • Ex. UK: From 100 euros
    • Ex. Gibraltar & Norway: From 140 euros
    • Ex. Ukraine, Switzerland & Israel: From 165 euros

Once your shopping cart meets the listed amounts, you will need to select the free-shipping checkbox within the Checkout-02 page/step. In addition, if you need to mention anything related to delivery or have any special request, please use the “customer’s notes” field on the same Checkout-02 page, which will be taken into account when processing your order.

The minimum amount (subtotal amount) set up by AK-Interactive to finish your web-order is 10 euros. **Important: If your cart does not reach this amount you will not be able to finish your order**

Once your order is placed, there is a time frame to cancel the order until it starts being handled by our warehouse staff. This can be done through “My Accounts/orders”.  Once the processing status changes, the cancellation option will disappear and orders could not be cancelled. Please keep in mind that orders can not be modified or combined once they are placed. If you need to modify the content of your order, please cancel the existing one and place a new order with the correct items and quantities.

 

IMPORTANT

  1. AK-Interactive will not be responsible for orders not containing a real contact telephone / email contact. This required field in the order is needed by the courier service to contact the customer to deliver the parcel.
  2. AK-Interactive reserves the right not to accept orders addressed to a P.O. BOX and they could be cancelled.
  3. AK-Interactive reserves the right to deny the service or cancel an order/account to anyone breaching our shipping or payment policies and good will.
  4.  If your order contains a “Pre-Order product“, the complete order (all products together) will be shipped once the Pre-Order product is available in stock (please check the Pre-Order product release date at its product page). Pre-Orders can not be cancelled at any time.
  5. Worldwide shipping. Expenses like import custom declarations at destination, duties and local taxes will be responsibility of the buyer.
  6. Orders can’t be modified once they have been processed and paid. Please make sure to include all the products you need and place a single order for all of them. We won’t be able to combine or alter orders once they are placed. If your order has not changed its status and our warehouse staff has not started preparing it yet, you will have the option to cancel it from “My Account/Orders” and you will be able to place a new and correct order.
  7. Voucher/Coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
  8. Voucher/Coupon is not valid in combination with other voucher/coupon/offers, unless promotion indicates other.
  9. Incorrect prices will be corrected as soon as the mistake is detected. AK reserves the right to modify prices at any time and to modify or cancel an order if it includes items with incorrect prices, notifying the customer in advance and offering an alternative.
  10. Modifications of the shipping address or contact information during delivery have an additional cost by most transportation companies, therefore any additional cost due to a change of this information will be charged to the customer account before its delivery.
  11. 48 hours is the time to verify and inspect all the items in a delivered order. Potential claims after that period of time will not be taken into account.
  12. In order to fill a claim, customers need to write to customerservice@ak-interactive.com providing us with some photographs about the damaged/defective/spoiled/ruined products.
  13. All colors showed at AK-Interactive web site are 3D generated therefore there could be some difference with the real colour tone.
  14. 14 natural days after delivery is the time frame to return an order/product. Once this time frame is over we will not be able to accept a return. Customers will need to communicate a return on time and obtain a previous approval and return instructions (customerservice@ak-interactive.com). Customers returning goods will need to assume the return cost.
  15. All returned items must be in perfect condition, within its original packaging, without alterations and unused/unopened.
  16. All the taxes/duties of returned products will be charged to the customer.
  17. All the shipments must contain a contact phone (required field data during checkout).
  18. In case your order has any issue and it needs to be updated during its processing, AK-Interactive will contact with you through your registered customer email, so please, check your email at least within 24/48 hours after placing your order just in case.
