This game has its origins in the eighteenth century France, but it was in the United States a century later where metal nails were added and pinball in its modern form was born.
The initial American pinballs were games of chance in which the players had no control over the ball, since there were no flippers to hit it.
In 1940s and 1950s, many machines provided money reward when the player achieved a certain score. These were subsequently banned in most of America’s big cities, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, until the mid-1970s, because they have been considered as addictive as drugs.
This Doozy model represents a pinball machine from the 1940s and 1950s period (without controls), and keeps all the flavor and style of these machines as used in the United States in that era.

El origen de este juego nació en Francia en el siglo XVIII, pero es en los Estados Unidos un siglo después donde se agregan clavos metálicos y nace el pinball.
Los pinballs estadounidenses iniciales fueron juegos de azar en los que los jugadores no tenían control sobre la pelota, ya que no había aletas para golpearlo.
Entre 1940 y 1950, las máquinas daban dinero cuando el jugador alcanzaba cierta puntuación. Fueron prohibidos en los Estados Unidos hasta mediados de la década de 1970 porque lo consideraban tan adictivo como una droga, en la mayoría de las grandes ciudades de Estados Unidos, como Nueva York, Los Ángeles y Chicago. La razón declarada para las prohibiciones: el pinball era un juego de azar, no de habilidad, por lo que era una forma de juego, los jugadores golpeaban e inclinaban las máquinas para influir en la gravedad de la pelota.
