AMT
AMT (short for Aluminum Model Toys) is an American scale model brand with a long history in the modeling world. It was founded in 1948 in Troy, Michigan (United States) by West Gallogly Sr., and became especially well known for its 1:25 scale plastic automobile kits and for popularizing the “3-in-1” kit concept, which allowed a model to be built in stock, custom, or racing versions using the same parts.
AMT’s production focuses primarily on plastic vehicle models, with particular attention to classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, and vehicles from film, television, and pop culture.
