EFFECTS:
Apply the effects using a medium sized round soft paintbrush. Deposit the wash onto your scale model around details, seams and in holes creating fake shadows hi-lighting details. Let dry for about 15 minutes then clean the excess using a brush dampened with Thinner for Washes. Use a fine pointy 00 size brush to apply more refined pin-washes where you feel they might be necessary such as in weld seams and around bolts and rivets.
The efect can be used in vertical lines to create streaking effects.

Aplica los efectos con un pincel suave de punta redonda y de tamaño mediano. Deposita el lavado en tu modelo a escala alrededor de los detalles, las costuras y los agujeros creando sombras falsas que resaltan los detalles. Light rust wash is indicated for rust effects on all kind of surfaces. Perfect for any rust effects on vehicles or accessories. It has a light rusty color, which stands out really well on dark greens giving a great realistic matt finish. It is perfect for amphibious or normal vehicles in wet environments. Also great for doing rusting effects on abandoned vehicles. The basic technique used to weather any type of model is the wash, a classic technique that is still one of the most used techniques in modelling today. Apply the washes after shaking the bottle with a large brush to pick out details and creating shadows.
The excess of the wash can be easily removed with a clean brush and White Spirit.
