Few hobbies awaken the emotions that football generates. As Eduardo Galeano wrote «In his life, a man can change his wife, political party or religion, but he cannot change his football team» … «In what way is football similar to God? In the devotion that many believers have for it and in the distrust that many intellectuals have for it.»

Football lost its fallen angel and this official resin figure is partly a tribute to scale, but also a declaration of intent to continue crossing borders that modeling has not yet envisioned.

Pocas aficiones despiertan las emociones que genera el fútbol. Como escribió Eduardo Galeano «En su vida, un hombre puede cambiar de mujer, de partido político o de religión, pero no puede cambiar de equipo de fútbol» … «¿En qué se parece el fútbol a Dios? En la devoción que le tienen muchos creyentes y en la desconfianza que le tienen muchos intelectuales.»

El fútbol perdió a su ángel caído y esta figura oficial de resina es, en parte un homenaje a escala, pero también una declaración de intenciones para seguir traspasando fronteras que el modelismo no ha vislumbrado hasta ahora.
